About You

One of the most important elements in any coaching relationship is the casting of both coach & coachee. Hopefully as you've discovered during your time learning about me and my coaching style and model, you feel that together we can create that 'partnership of equals'.

• At a transformational point in your career/development journey.  This may mean that you are getting ready to take on greater responsibility, are in a leadership role, are looking to make a career pivot, or just feel that you need to take a step back and take stock.

• Open to partnering together to unpack the layers of what is driving your coaching journey.

• Open to working with me in a safe space we create together to challenge you appropriately - questioning assumptions, helping you uncover new perspectives and re-evaluating the status quo whilst providing the support to provide you with the motivation, focus and passion to achieve the goals that are important to you. 

• Open to thinking in new ways to address (on-going) issues, and finding the solutions that work best for you, and approaching with both serious intent and, hopefully, laughter.  (Tears welcome as well).
